Consignment Application & Contractual Agreement

• Consignment Fee: $1500.00 + 8% Sales Commission or 8% Repurchase Fee
• The $1500.00 consignment fee can be deducted from sale proceeds if original registration papers are submitted.
• Complete one form for each horse consigned, sign and date. Applications without a signature will not be accepted.

• All horses need to be nominated into Riata prior to sale application submission.

• If the nomination payment has not been received within the week that this application is received, your submission will be considered INCOMPLETE.
